How the week runs
Around Philadelphia the standing meets are in the suburbs, and they are monthly. Main Line Cars and Coffee is the one people know by name: a Sunday meet from 7:30am to noon at 1300 Morris Drive in Wayne, on a calendar of dates the organizer posts each season. Out in Chester County, the second Saturday of the month brings two smaller meets: Downingtown Cars and Coffee at RE/MAX Ace Realty from 9am to 11am, and Malvern Area Cars and Coffee on Morehall Road from 9am to noon. In Delaware, North Wilmington Cars and Coffee meets on the first Sunday of the month, May to November, from 8am to 11am at Brandywine Commons II.
The season
November is the end of the year here. North Wilmington held its last 2026 meet on 1 November and is between seasons; under its May to November rule, the return is the first Sunday in May, 2 May 2027, though the organizer has not posted its 2027 calendar yet. Downingtown’s last 2026 meet is 14 November, and it then breaks for the winter; under its April to November rule, it returns on the second Saturday in April, 10 April 2027. Malvern also meets on 14 November. Main Line Cars and Coffee closes its season on 15 November, and its 2027 dates are not out.
Through the winter the calendar is close to empty. Malvern’s organizer says every second Saturday but has announced no winter plan, and its posts went quiet after October last year.
What is held back, and why
Three meets that are running this autumn have no page yet. Cars and Coffee at Haddon Heights, New Jersey, meets every Sunday at 9am at 120 White Horse Pike, but its organizer says the last 2026 show is 29 November and has posted no return date. Gateway Classic Cars lists a Caffeine and Chrome holiday party at its Runnemede showroom on 5 December, but has not posted that day’s hours. Cars, Cops and Coffee at Ron’s Original Bar and Grille in Exton posts its dates one at a time, and none is posted after 7 November.
Several others could not be confirmed with a current organizer post. Cars and Coffee Philly, which held meets at the Navy Yard, has not posted since 2017, when it said it was looking for a new location. High-Octane South Jersey, the Mount Laurel club, has not posted on its page since July 2024. Cruisin’ for Caffeine at the Polly Drummond Dunkin’ in Newark, Delaware, appears only in directories. A Pep Boys meet in Warminster appears only in directories, and as single dates. Cars and Coffee West Chester shows up only in old forum threads. No standing Bucks County meet could be confirmed with an organizer.
Cars and Coffee of Wilmington, Delaware, runs a December toy drive for Nemours Children’s Hospital, and has not posted the 2026 date yet. The 2027 Philadelphia Auto Show is set for 16 to 24 January 2027 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, but its hours and ticket prices are not published yet. Before you drive
Main Line Cars and Coffee bans revving, excessive noise, burnouts, speeding and reckless behavior, and says a single violation means a permanent ban. Show cars there need a free registration and a timed entry slot, and the exact address goes out with the ticket. North Wilmington publishes one rule, no burnouts and no revving, and says why: the shopping center can withdraw its permission. Every lot on this page belongs to a business, so arrive quietly and leave slowly.
