Malvern Area Cars and Coffee is a monthly gathering of car and motorcycle owners in Malvern, Chester County. Its Facebook page describes it as a place to show your ride and have a cup of coffee, and says all are welcome. In September 2025 the organizer put the rule in one line: always the second Saturday of every month, from 9 to 12.
It was still running that way in 2026. The page posted photos from 9 May, 13 June, 8 August and 12 September meets, and in September it repeated that the meet happens every second Saturday. The next date on that rule is Saturday 14 November.
When to arrive
The hours are 9am to noon. When someone asked on Facebook whether it ran 9 to 12 or noon to 3, the organizer answered 9 to 12. Before the June meet the organizer asked people to mark themselves as going on the Facebook event so it would know how many spaces to hold, which is the best way to tell it you are coming.
The organizer has not said whether the meet runs through the winter. Its 2025 posts go quiet after October and pick up again in spring 2026, so on a November or winter Saturday, look for a post on the page before driving.
Rain
Rain is handled case by case. In September 2025 the organizer said the rain date is the third Saturday. In October 2025 it cancelled for rain on the morning of the meet and said it would try to hold it the following Saturday. In May 2026 the meet went ahead in a downpour, and the organizer thanked the people who stayed to the end. Facebook is where the call is made.
The lot
The organizer’s event location is 60 South Morehall Road, Malvern, in East Whiteland Township. The organizer publishes no parking instructions and no name for the business that owns the lot.
Before you go
The organizer publishes no fee and no written rules. Motorcycles are as welcome as cars here, which is not true of every meet. Arrive quietly and leave slowly.
