Main Line Cars and Coffee is a once-a-month gathering in the suburbs west of Philadelphia, run on a calendar the organizer posts for each season. The organizer’s website lists the 2026 dates as 12 April, 3 May, 6 and 7 June, 14 June, 12 July, 23 August, 27 September, 18 October and 15 November. The last date of the season is Sunday 15 November.
The hours are 7:30am to noon, per the organizer’s free show car registration page on Ticket Tailor. Main Line Tonight gives the same hours and puts the meet at 1300 Morris Drive in Wayne, an office campus in Chesterbrook.
When to arrive
Show cars arrive in waves. The registration page asks every show car to book a staggered entry slot, with slots running every half hour from 7:30am, and to arrive within that slot and stay for the event. The organizer says the slots exist to cut the traffic at the entrance. Spectators do not need a slot, and the organizer publishes no spectator arrival time.
The season ends in November. The 2027 calendar is not out yet, and the organizer posts each season’s dates on its website rather than following a fixed weekday rule.
Where to park
The organizer’s website gives the location only as Malvern, Pennsylvania, and says the exact address goes to registered attendees by email and on their ticket. Main Line Tonight’s article, updated in July 2026 with the current dates, names 1300 Morris Drive in Wayne. 1300 Morris Drive is in Chesterbrook, Tredyffrin Township, and carries a Wayne mailing address, so the two descriptions differ. If you are bringing a show car, the address on your ticket settles it.
Main Line Tonight reports that founder Brett Mezrow picked the lot for its highway access and because it sits away from homes. The previous site, Radnor Financial Center, could not cope: more than 3,000 cars arrived at once and the entrances on Lancaster Avenue and North Radnor Chester Road clogged, per the same article.
How it started
The organizer’s about page says Mezrow founded the meet in 2021 as a passion project while still in high school, and that the first event drew just over a hundred cars. Main Line Tonight adds that the first one was held in the lot at SEPTA’s Bryn Mawr station, near his home in Haverford, and that he started it as a pandemic project while a junior at The Shipley School.
Each event names a charity. In April 2025 KYW Newsradio reported that the year’s event benefited the Chester County K-9 SWAT unit. The organizer says each season ends with a food drive with the Porsche Club of America and Philabundance.
Before you go
The rules are printed across the top of the organizer’s website: no burnouts, no revving, no touching vehicles, no reckless behavior. The registration page adds no excessive noise, no speeding and respect for the staff, and says any violation means a permanent ban from all future events. The website also says local police monitor the events.
