Verifying facts that change
Prices, fees, rates, and other figures that change over time are verified against official or otherwise authoritative sources at the time a piece is published, and the date each fact was checked is shown on the page.
How sources are shown
Where a news item or article states a fact that changes over time, we cite the source and the date it was checked directly on the page, next to the figure it backs.
Corrections
When we learn that something we published was wrong, we correct it in place and add a dated note explaining what changed and why. We do not quietly edit a published fact without leaving that note.
Requesting a correction
If you believe something we published is inaccurate, contact us at keys@drivenlife.co with a link to the piece and a description of the issue, and we will look into it.
Separation of editorial and advertising
Advertising and sponsorship never determine the facts we report or the conclusions we reach. Our Advertising and Sponsored Content Policy explains how sponsored content is labeled and how editorial control is kept separate from any sponsor's involvement.
Member figures stay private
We do not publish the specific plan figures, incomes, or account balances of individual members. Any member story or check-in that appears on the service reflects what that member chose to share, in the form they chose to share it in, not a figure we calculated or disclosed on their behalf.
