How Central Virginia’s Saturdays run
Every meet here is a Saturday morning, and most of them alternate weeks. Cars and Coffee Richmond takes every other Saturday at Stony Point from 8am. Hanover takes every other Saturday at Green Top from 9am, which on some weeks is the same morning an hour later and fifteen miles north. Charlottesville holds the first and third Saturdays from 8am. Fredericksburg’s two meets, at a dealer’s lot and an art museum’s gravel, run only April through October.
What is not here
Cars and Coffee Chesterfield at Ironbridge Sports Park appears on the club council calendar as a free every-other-Saturday meet, but its only organizer channel is a closed Facebook group and neither the venue nor the sponsor mentions it. A Fredericksburg Central Park meet exists only on a directory that contradicts itself. Both join this page when an organizer statement can be read.
Before you drive
Richmond charges $3 and spends a dollar of it on a police officer; Hanover’s listings mention sheriff’s deputies. Charlottesville’s rule is to buy something from the host. The region’s meets are polite because the lots are borrowed, and every organizer says so.
