Cars and Coffee Hanover keeps its schedule in its Instagram profile: “10150 Lakeridge Pkwy, Ashland, VA 23005 Every other Saturday | 9am-11am | at Greentop.” Green Top is the sporting goods store at that address off I-95 north of Richmond, and the cars gather in its rear lot. The Car Club Council of Central Virginia’s 2026 calendar lists the dates: 31 October, 14 November and 12 December are what remain of the season, which ran from 18 April.

When to arrive

9am. The window is two hours and the store is open throughout, so the rear lot is the only one to use. One listing that republishes the organizer’s text says show cars get signed parking and spectators a separate area, and that “Hanover County Sheriff’s deputies may be present.” The organizer publishes no rain policy and no fee.

The rules

The organizer’s own pages carry none. A listing site that republishes the event’s text gives three: no burnouts, no two-step revving, no reckless behavior. Treat them as the organizer’s, because the deputies will.

After December

The club council’s calendar ends on 12 December. No 2027 opener had been published as of late October; in 2026 the season began in April. Check the organizer’s Instagram before driving on a January Saturday.

What is not known

The organizer names nobody on its profile, and no founding date, size or local press coverage was found. The earliest dated trace is a March 2025 meet.
