Orlando Cars and Coffee, Sanford

Orlando Cars and Coffee runs its Sanford meet on the first Sunday of every month, from 9am to 11am, at Ace Cafe Sanford, 115 N. Laurel Avenue. The organizer’s Facebook event for 1 November 2026 puts it plainly: “Every First Sunday of the Month from 9am-11am,” located at Ace Cafe, Sanford.

The same organizer runs a second monthly meet, in Orlando on the second Sunday. The listing calls the group “the Orlando area’s longest-running monthly Cars and Coffee event, established in 2013.” It is a different group from Cars and Coffee Orlando, which meets at a cafe in Ocoee.

When to arrive

The organizer gives the hours as 9am to 11am. Older Sanford listings from the same organizer differ: its March 2026 event ran 9am to noon, and the City of Sanford’s events page gives 9am to 11am. The organizer posts each month’s meet as a Facebook event, so that page is the one to check before you drive.

The venue

Until September 2026 the Sanford meet sat a block away, at Henry’s Depot food hall on West First Street. The organizer’s 6 September event was still at Henry’s Depot. Its October meet began at Ace Cafe, where a ticketed rally on 4 October set off for Auto Vault Orlando, and the November listing names Ace Cafe outright.

The City of Sanford’s event page still names Henry’s Depot and Gateway City Coffee. The organizer’s own listing is the newer of the two.

Ace Cafe Sanford opened in October 2025 in a refurbished feed store on N. Laurel Avenue, about a block north of First Street, per FOX 35 Orlando. Its Facebook page describes it as a full-service restaurant and bar serving Sunday brunch, with “car meets, motorcycle nights & events.” Neither the organizer nor the cafe publishes parking instructions for the meet.

How it started

The organizer dates the meet to 2013. In January 2025 the Sanford Herald reported that Hemmings was the official partner of Orlando Cars and Coffee, with the Sanford meet then at Henry’s Depot on the first Sunday and a second meet at Donut Central in Winter Park on the second Sunday.

Before you go

The organizer lists its rules on every event: no burnouts, no speeding, no street racing. It asks drivers to be mindful of animals and small children when driving and revving, and says friendly dogs on a leash are welcome. All car clubs are welcome, and the organizer asks larger groups to send a message first so they can park together.

The listing also carries a disclaimer: by attending, you agree that the organizer, its affiliates and sponsors are not responsible for damage to vehicles or persons.
