The Daytona Turkey Run is a car show, swap meet and car corral held twice a year at Daytona International Speedway, in March and November. The organizer’s site lists the 53rd fall edition for Wednesday 25 November to Sunday 29 November 2026.

It is presented by the Daytona Beach Street Rods and the Daytona Beach Racing and Recreational Facilities District, and the organizer calls it a 100% nonprofit event. It is about 50 miles from downtown Orlando.

When to go

Gates are open 8am to 4pm Wednesday through Saturday, and 8am to 2pm on Sunday, per the organizer. On the Saturday, a beer festival called Hops and Hoods runs from noon to 4pm.

The organizer lists more than 5,000 collector cars on the show field, more than 2,000 swap meet vendors and more than 1,500 cars for sale in the corral. There are no classes and no awards.

Tickets and parking

Spectator tickets are $21 a day, Wednesday through Sunday, and one ticket covers one day. Children 11 and under get in free. Tickets are sold online and at the Speedway on show days. Spectator parking is free, and VIP reserved infield parking is sold separately. Prices are on the organizer’s site and in its FAQs.

Bringing a show car

There is no pre-registration. You pay cash at the gate: $80 for all five days of the fall show, per the show-car page. Entry is through Gate 70 from 7am to 2pm or the Turn 4 tunnel from 7am to 10am. The organizer asks you to arrive with the engine at operating temperature and cash in hand.

Vehicles must be 30 years old or older, 1996 and earlier, and suitable for a car show. The organizer also accepts Mustangs, Corvettes, Camaros, Chargers, Challengers, Prowlers, Vipers, SSRs, Impala SSs, domestic and imported sports and exotic cars, and micro and mini cars. Staff at the show-car gates make the final call.

Trailers stay outside. Fall trailer parking is $60, just outside Gate 70, and the fee goes to local Boy Scout troops. Show cars may stay overnight inside the Speedway and must be gone by noon on the Monday.

Before you go

The organizer says pets are welcome on a leash. It also warns that the Turkey Run is held only at the Speedway: car parties elsewhere called Turkey Trots, Turkeyfests or Turkey Cruises are not part of it, and neither is ONE DAYTONA.

The spring edition is set for 25 to 28 March 2027, with admission at $16 a day, per the FAQs.
