The second one is on Saturday 14 November 2026, from 8am to 11am, at Greenbrier Mall, 1401 Greenbrier Parkway in Chesapeake. The Facebook event, created by the page Cars & Coffee - Norfolk, VA, names the partners: “Chesapeake Cars & Coffee, Grounds & Gears, Boost & Brunch.”
The same listing calls it “the second big meet” and adds: “If you missed the first one in March, don’t miss out on this one.” It promises “Over 1000 vehicles, vendors, food trucks, raffles, DJ and more.” That figure is the organizers’ own, and no count from the March meet has been published.

The lot
Greenbrier Mall is the temporary home of the Norfolk group’s first-Saturday meet, which uses the lot behind the old Sears at the back of the mall. Toys for Tots
Team Ultraspeed’s Instagram post for the meet asks visitors to “bring a new, unwrapped toy for Toys for Tots.” The same post describes “Good local beverages,” “Local food & vendors,” and all makes and models. The organizers publish no entry fee.

Vendors register through Cars and Coffee Chesapeake. The Facebook event gives an email for Elizabeth of that group, and Team Ultraspeed’s post says to contact @carsandcoffeechesapeake on Instagram.
Before you go
No separate rules are published for this meet. The Norfolk group’s standing rules for the same mall are no revving, no burnouts and no loud music, and it bans drivers who break them. A mall lot is lent goodwill, so arrive and leave at walking pace.
