Boost and Brunch is a Sunday morning car meet in Ghent, Norfolk, held at Break Bread, a breakfast and brunch restaurant at 350 West 22nd Street, Suite 114. Its Instagram account gives the rule: “Every last Sunday of each month from 730am-10am.” By that rule the next is Sunday 29 November 2026. The account names its two founders by their Instagram handles.
When to arrive
The hours are not quite settled in print. The Instagram description says 7:30am to 10am, and the October meet, a trunk-or-treat edition on 25 October, was posted for the same hours. The parking-map post shared with Break Bread’s account says 7am to 10am. The two sources disagree by half an hour, and the current Instagram description says 7:30am. That same post’s advice is short: “Get there early.”
Where to park
Boost and Brunch published a color-coded parking map. Blue is primary parking, green is vendor row, purple is secondary parking and yellow is tertiary. The post adds: “Essentially if you look at the directory you can park further out anywhere in the shopping center.” It also gives the reason to follow the map: “Let’s respect the area so we can have a long term spot.”
The brunch
The meet’s name is the plan. The parking post sums up the morning as “Park, show, shop, break bread, photos, enjoy.” Break Bread serves breakfast and brunch on site. The organizer publishes no fee for attending.
Before you go
All makes and models are welcome, per the organizer. Vendors are asked to message the Instagram account for availability. Boost and Brunch is also one of the four groups behind the 14 November Coastal Virginia Cars and Coffee in Chesapeake, and its trunk-or-treat photos were shared with the 757 Car Meets account. The meet sits in a working shopping center on a Sunday morning, so keep the engine quiet and the exit slow.
