Cars and Coffee Palm Beach is the biggest monthly meet in Florida, and it has moved. Its FAQ: “Cars & Coffee Palm Beach takes place at The Boca Raton Innovation Campus at 4850 T-Rex Avenue, Boca Raton, FL 33431.” Most directories still send people to Palm Beach Outlets in West Palm Beach on the second Sunday; the organizer’s own site gives the campus, a published list of dates, and “Gates open at 7am,” with official event hours “8am - NOON.”
The dates
The organizer’s 2026 list: 4 January, 1 February, 22 March, 26 April, 24 May, then “SUMMER BREAK,” then 11 October, 1 November and 6 December. They are not a fixed Sunday of the month. The next is Sunday 1 November 2026, then Sunday 6 December. The 2027 calendar is published on the organizer’s home page when it is set; this page tracks the next listed date.
What it costs
“Display vehicles are $15 Cash or $20 Zelle Per Vehicle Per Spot,” and “There is no pre-registration, you simply pay the entry fee at the gate upon arrival.” “Spectators and Passengers are FREE.” The campus’s property management has added a “$5.00 Preferred Parking area” for spectators who want it.
Which entrance
The organizer’s directions page splits arrivals by what they are driving. Vendors and show cars from 1991 on: I-95 exit 48B, west on Yamato Road about 1.75 miles, left onto T-Rex Avenue, left onto Telecom Drive East, to the entry at Telecom Drive East and 50th Street, where staff direct cars to Lot C, the east lot. Spectators and pre-1990 cars: in via Congress Avenue to Exchange Court, or via Spanish River Boulevard and Technology Way to Exchange Court, into Lot D, the south lot, with spectators turning in at Conference Way South, “The 2nd turn-in.” Clubs are asked to meet outside the grounds and arrive together, because parking is not reserved.
Which cars
“All Makes, Models, & Vintages are welcome.” The organizer describes the field as exotics, classics and customs with food trucks and vendors, “Family & Pet Friendly.” No conduct rules are posted on its site.
How it started
The organizer’s about page: founder John Zeilinga, “a lifelong car enthusiast and full-time First Responder,” arranged a small meet in Boynton Beach eleven years before the page was written, and it grew into “one of the country’s largest monthly car meets” with “Hundreds of show vehicles, Thousands of spectators, and Multiple vendors each month.” In 2020 it ran at Palm Beach Outlets, 8am to noon with a $5 display charge, per the Town-Crier. The organizer’s Facebook page counts over 40,000 followers and its Instagram over 100,000.
Before you go
Read the directions page for your lot before you leave; the two entrances are on opposite sides of the campus. Bring $15 in cash if you are showing. Arrive for the 7am gate if you want to park with a club.
