Waterset Cars and Coffee is a monthly Saturday-morning meet at The Landing, the club and café of the Waterset neighborhood in Apollo Beach. The organizer’s Facebook page says “The Landing is proud to host Waterset Cars & Coffee” and that it is held on the second Saturday of each month, 8am to 10am.

The next is Saturday 14 November 2026. A sponsor post on the page from 20 October points readers to “the Nov 14 Waterset Cars & Coffee event,” and says the meet “has been a successful monthly event for over 5 years.” The August, September and October 2026 editions each have a Facebook event at 7012 Sail View Lane, 8am to 10am.

When to arrive

The organizer gives 8am to 10am and publishes no early-arrival advice. Before the October meet it posted that it was “monitoring the forecast closely,” so the page is the place to check when rain is likely. No written weather policy is published.

The venue

The Landing sits at 7012 Sail View Lane, inside Waterset. The October listing calls the meet “a neighborhood & family friendly event” and welcomes spectators and all ages. The organizer publishes nothing about parking, so park where you are directed and keep the neighborhood’s driveways and walkways clear.

The coffee

Wiseman coffee is free, provided by Lovelady Family Law, per the organizer’s posts. The page lists local sponsors including K&H Window Tinting, JB’s Mobile Car Wash and Detailing, Differenza Pools, Rhino Epoxy Coatings and Max Cool Air Conditioning, and K&H Photography posts a photo set after each meet.

Before you go

The October listing spells out the rules: “NO excessive revving and drive safe while exiting the event respectfully. Watch for pedestrians.” It adds that cooperation “helps keep our neighborhood event operating safely and smoothly.” The page invites you to “show off your car, Jeep, classic, exotic, or motorcycle,” and the October listing names exotics, modern and vintage muscle cars and imports.
