Nashville Cars n’ Coffee is a monthly meet for Middle Tennessee car owners, held at Nashville Superspeedway, 4847-F McCrary Road, Lebanon. The organizer’s website says it runs “from 8-11am one Saturday a month, year round” and that “there is no registration needed and entry is free.” The event listing puts the next meet on Saturday 7 November 2026, 8am to 11am, and gives the remaining 2026 dates as 7 November and 5 December. It names Ben Barbour and Bo Biddle as the organizers.
The listing calls it a “FREE to attend shine and show event” and says to expect “multiple local coffee vendors with a few breakfast food options,” plus a vendor area of local automotive businesses.
When to arrive
The hours are 8am to 11am. The date is the part to check. The event listing says the meet “usually occurs” on the first Saturday of every month, but the organizer’s Facebook page says “the dates vary, so be sure to check our events.” Both remaining 2026 dates, 7 November and 5 December, are first Saturdays. The organizer’s Instagram bio carries the next date: “11.7.26 from 8-11am.”
A recent post on the organizer’s Facebook page also invites people “each month in 2027,” so the series continues into next year. No 2027 dates are posted yet.
Where to park
The meet uses the speedway grounds at 4847-F McCrary Road, Lebanon, TN 37090, the address the organizer gives. The organizer publishes no map of show and spectator parking. Follow the event staff on the day.
The organizer’s Facebook page says the Ford Explorer ST Experience, a registered driving session, is at the speedway on select dates through 8 November, including the meet day.
How it started
A May 2025 profile in Lebanon City Lifestyle, by Lindsey Hickman, traces the meet to 2012, when founder Ben Barbour began organizing Saturday morning meetups in the Cool Springs area. Barbour told the magazine it began as “a small group of car lovers” of “about 50 of us.” The article says the team formed Cars and Coffee Nashville LLC in 2017 and moved the meet to the Superspeedway in 2023, when the original venue could no longer hold it.
Before you go
The organizer’s rules are short. Car clubs do not need to confirm attendance, though they are welcome to say they are coming. Vendors must email info@nashvillecarsncoffee.com first, and the listing says: “PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP PREPARED TO BE A VENDOR WITHOUT GETTIN APPROVAL FIRST.” The organizer publishes no written driving rules. Arrive and leave at a walking pace; the lot is full of families and parked cars.
