Gears & Grinds Vegas meets on the first and third Sunday of every month from 8am to 11am at Baguette Café, 8359 West Sunset Road, in southwest Las Vegas. The organizer’s Instagram bio gives the schedule in one line, “1st & 3rd SUNDAY | 8-11AM,” and its Facebook posts through October 2026 repeat it, with each date announced the week before.

Admission is free and all ages are welcome, per the organizer. It describes the meet as “A gathering of automotive enthusiasts fueled by petrol & caffeine,” and says every era, style and platform has a place.

When to arrive

The meet runs 8am to 11am. The organizer posts the coming date on Facebook a few days ahead (“Next Show: 10/4 at 8 AM,” “See you this Sunday, 10/18 at Baguette Café”). Everyday.Vegas, which returned to the meet on 19 July 2026, advises checking the organizer’s current schedule before heading out in case an individual date changes.

The venue

Baguette Café, a French-inspired café in the Centra Point retail center, is the host location, and the organizer thanked it by name on National Coffee Day: “Gears would be nothing without the Grinds.” Everyday.Vegas notes you can buy coffee, pastries, breakfast and sandwiches there during the meet, and that no reservation is needed.

Who comes

Everyday.Vegas lists American muscle, lowriders and rat rods next to JDM builds, European exotics, trucks and motorcycles, and says the lineup changes from one Sunday to the next. It credits Tyler Gallo, Taylor Goodyear and other members of the local car community with founding the meet to “create a consistent place where people could connect through their shared passion for cars.” The organizer’s hashtag ties it to Das Erbe Collective.

Some Sundays have a guest. On 6 September 2026 the organizer welcomed Barrett-Jackson back ahead of its Las Vegas auction, with tickets given away at the Das Erbe booth.

Before you go

The organizer published its own etiquette in September 2026: “Arrive and leave responsibly, look out for fellow guests, and respect our venue and neighbors.” It closes with “Come for the gears. Stay for the culture. Respect both.” In practice that is a quiet arrival and a slow exit onto Sunset Road.
