Cars and Coffee Weatherford is a monthly morning meet run with the Vintage Car Museum and Event Center, the classic car collection just east of the Parker County Courthouse square. Its Facebook page says it meets every third Saturday of the month, from 8am to 10am, in downtown Weatherford, and that the coffee and donuts are free.

The museum’s own site agrees on the day and the hours, adds that there is no charge to attend, and calls it kid-friendly.

When to arrive

Third Saturday, 8am to 10am. The organizer’s posts through 2025 and 2026 repeat those hours, most recently for the 17 October 2026 meet. The next by the same rule is Saturday 21 November.

Two things can move a date. The museum’s site says the meet is weather permitting and points to Facebook for same-day updates. And the organizer has stood the meet down for charity events before: in September 2025 for Wheels for Wellness in Fort Worth, and in October 2025 for the Dallas Heart Walk. Both were announced on Facebook the day before.

Where to park

Two addresses are in circulation, and the sources disagree. The museum’s site still says the meet moved, from a Saturday 18 February, to 1108 South Main Street, in front of Anytime Fitness. The organizer’s more recent Facebook posts, in November 2025 and March 2026, place the meet at the Vintage Car Museum itself, at 100 Fort Worth Highway, and its October 2026 event simply says Downtown Weatherford. This page uses the museum address. If the lot is empty at 8am, the South Main Street spot is a short drive away.

The museum

The Vintage Car Museum is run by Tom and Therese Moncrief and shows Tom Moncrief’s own cars alongside a rotating collection, according to its site. Museum admission is free, and the site lists it as open Tuesday to Saturday. Its event center, the site says, stands where W.R. Turner’s Stables were built in 1886.

Before you go

The organizer publishes no written rules. It is a free, family morning in a small downtown, which makes the etiquette simple: arrive quietly, leave slowly, and keep burnouts and revving for somewhere else.
