The recreation center lot is a town lot, so park in marked spaces and leave room for anyone else using it on a Sunday morning.
The coffee
Full Bloom is the reason for the location. “Many people walk over to Full Bloom for coffee and breakfast sandwiches,” the same post says. The roaster describes its coffee as freshly roasted in small batches in downtown Garner. The organizer publishes no opening hours for it.
Rain
The rule is short. Before a muggy summer 2026 meet the organizer wrote that so long as the sky is dry, the meet is on, and that there is no rain date. An older Instagram post put it in five words: “Rain is a no go.” On a wet third Sunday, the meet does not happen and does not move.
How it started
A post on the meet’s Instagram from March 2023 calls that morning the first official Cars and Coffee Garner, with about 25 cars over the course of the morning, from Novas to Shelbys.
