Adam’s Polishes, the car care company, hosts a cars and coffee in Lafayette, Colorado, on the first Saturday of every month from 7am to 10am. Its own events page gives the hours and the place: Flatirons Church, 355 W South Boulder Road. The company’s Facebook listing adds that the meet is free to attend and open to the public.

The same listing says who else is involved. Bring a new, unwrapped toy. The listing says wrapped gifts cannot be accepted for Toys for Tots, and every donor gets a raffle ticket for a drawing at 9am. Afterward, Adam’s runs a free detail clinic from 10:30am to 1pm at its headquarters, 8225 N Valley Highway in Thornton, on paint polishing and ceramic coating.

The church holds its own services on Saturdays at 5pm and Sundays at 9am and 11am, per its website, so nothing on its schedule overlaps the meet’s Saturday morning. The host gives no parking instructions beyond arriving early.

The coffee

Adam’s tells people to get their food and coffee “from the on-site vendors” and does not name them. The company also runs a booth at the meet, per the listing, with detailing products and staff who take detailing questions.
