Fast Lane Drive, Scottsdale Chapter

One chapter, two names

The club’s page for the chapter lives at fastlanedrive.com/chapter/arizona and calls it Fast Lane Drive Scottsdale. The application lists it as Scottsdale, AZ, and the club’s blog often says the Arizona chapter. Jetset Magazine covered its arrival in December 2022, quoting Arizona partners Ian Blair, John Barbuto and Jamie Hebets.

Destination drives

The chapter page centers the chapter on the Sonoran Desert, with drives out toward the surrounding mountains. Many of its events leave the valley: overnight drives to Sedona and to Tucson, a day drive to Prescott, and a July overnight to Flagstaff that its event page pitches as a way to escape the heat. A women’s drive in spring and a free pool party at the end of summer round out the year.

The club’s calendar lists both the Sedona November Drive, an overnight trip with a group rollout and photo stops, and Casino Royale on November 7, 2026.

Casino Royale

Casino Royale is the chapter’s anniversary night. The club’s blog reported that the fourth-anniversary edition in 2025 began with a drive through the desert around Phoenix, ended with a cocktail party and dinner, and raised over $45,000 for charity. A post dated October 27, 2026 marks the chapter’s fifth anniversary and puts the Casino Royale total at $120,000, while the club’s calendar dates Casino Royale November 7, 2026.

The Scottsdale Holiday Dinner follows on December 12, 2026. The chapter has also paired with the Utah and Idaho chapters for a multi-chapter drive.

Joining in Scottsdale

In 2022 Hebets told Jetset that a chapter reaching 200 members admits no one new until a member leaves; the club’s current pages do not repeat that cap. The Fast Lane Drive club page covers dues and the board vote, and cars and coffee around Phoenix covers the valley’s open meets.
